First Watch

Had a great experience at First Watch. The food came out fast and everything tasted really good. I ordered The Works omelette and the Florida French Toast, and both were excellent. The omelette was filling and well made, and the French toast with fresh fruit was a perfect balance of sweet without being too heavy. Everything tasted fresh and high quality. Definitely a solid spot for breakfast or brunch. I’ll be back.

This was my first time here and I absolutely love this place. Incredible place. Great costume service too. Looking forward to try all the menu. They feature an amazing America breakfast with delicious and fresh food. One of the best Benedict Eggs I’ve ever had. It’s on pair with the one I had in Kona Hawaii, the only difference being the beautiful view of the ocean from Lava Java. Congratulations Chef . I also love the combination of rúcula salad on the side. It was a explosion of flavor to my palate. I am very picky in getting a place for my breakfast on the weekend. I am definitely coming back .

Ok I come here often as a lover of breakfast and usually its pretty good. I love all their options, seasonal dishes, and juices. But today and last time I came here was subpar and im really hoping it doesnt start going downhill. I was with no kids today so I sat by myself at the bar which is not usual for me. I paid at 10:36 so their rush was just starting and I largely missed it. I served for 10+ years so I get it.....but their 'million dollar bacon' has devolved into what i would call 'one dollar bacon' with some syrup poured on top. Its hard not from being cooked crispy like I cant even cut it with my knife because it's stale from being precooked and sitting out all morning. Then today they actually served an entirely burnt and like actually all the way black charcoal peice and I ad to ask for a new one......now my bartender was chill and a little busy. But I didnt get one single drop of human emotion out of her, no smile, no hello, nothing like a robot......a nice robot tho. She didn't pre-buss one single item off the bar the entire time I was there. I sat with my dirty dishes in front of me until I actually handed them to her. I used to come here because the food was high quality but the bacon is a joke and I wont be ordering it anymore for almost 6 $ for 4 pieces, it should be way better. Please see this comment and tell your kitchen your regulars can tell a difference in food quality lately. And tell your bartender to be a little more present at work emotionally please. That is all :)

First Watch is probably Colorado's only decent chain breakfast restaurant. While the food portions are either too small or a flavor lackluster, they out perform places that are overhyped like Snooze... As for their service, chef kiss, the people up front are locked in and great at their job. The waiters/waitresses meet expectations, but occasionally they'll forget something you ordered or be a bit slow on the check-in / water refills. Nothing too bad, but decent enough. To wrap it up, First Watch is a great option to choose if you're feeling up to it.

Fresh, flavorful, and full of sunshine! I stopped by First Watch for a takeout breakfast and was so impressed. I ordered the Morning Meditation juice — orange, lemon, turmeric, organic ginger, agave, and beet — and it was absolutely beautiful! This time I had the seasonal Egg Sandwich (minus the bacon) along with a side salad, and everything tasted fresh, light, and satisfying. The salad was the perfect addition and made the meal feel balanced and energizing. The restaurant was clean, organized, and had such a calm morning vibe. Jasmine was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and made everything easy. Highly recommend for a bright, healthy, and happy start to the day!

We came in this morning around 10am and had Jerek as our server, and he was honestly one of the best servers we’ve ever had. From the moment he came to our table, he was friendly, patient, and really attentive. I asked for my order with no onions, and when the food came out with onions, he immediately noticed and took responsibility for it without any attitude or hesitation. He took the plate back right away and made sure the kitchen remade it correctly. What really impressed me the most was that when the new plate came out, he personally checked it himself before bringing it back to me to make sure there were no onions this time. That extra step meant a lot to me. Most servers would just bring it back out and hope for the best, but Jerek actually cared enough to double-check so I wouldn’t be disappointed again. That level of attention and respect for the customer is rare, and it made the whole experience feel really special. His service throughout the meal was amazing—he checked on us, made sure everything was good, and had such a positive and professional attitude the entire time. I’m pretty sure he’s served us before because he always gives great service, and it’s people like him that make us want to keep coming back. You can tell he takes pride in his job and genuinely cares about customers having a good experience. Jerek truly went the extra mile, and that says so much about his character and work ethic. He deserves recognition, appreciation, and honestly a raise for the way he treats guests. Thank you so much, Jerek, for making our morning such a great experience we really appreciated you!

Absolutely wonderful Juice Bar that makes breakfast sound good! LOVE coming here with my wifey for a warm breakfast!! 100% recommend coming here if you haven't. Management is TOP TIER and Waitstaff is always super nice. We even had one dish that tasted a little salty and they immediately fixed it and expressed their apologies. This place is incredible! The food is fresh and full of flavor—you have to try the watermelon juice and the blueberry corn bread if you’re a fan of either. The service was excellent; they even opened the door for us. The coffee was fresh, and we enjoyed every bite of our meal. But the real standout? The blueberry corn bread, served with lemon zest butter. It’s the star of the show!
